Stockton, CA — Caltrans crews will be thinner around the Mother Lode than usual, according to its latest weekly work schedule.
Nearly around-the-clock construction in Valley Springs motors on along Highways 12 and 26 in Valley Springs. The work, tentatively scheduled for completion by mid-November, should not impact traffic and is focused on Highway 12 between Pine Street and Cosgrove Creek as well as on Highway 26 between Nove Way and Highway 12.
Also along Highway 26, utility work is planned each weekday from 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. from about a mile and a half east of Double Springs Road to Main Street in Valley Springs. Caltrans does not anticipate any delays there. However, on Wednesday only, shoulder work between Burson and Nichols roads may generate ten-minute delays from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
