Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Supervisors will hold a two-day workshop later this week.
On the agenda is a conversation about achievements over the past 12 months and goals for the coming year. There will be presentations from department heads on current issues, emerging trends and strategic needs of the county’s organization. Areas of discussion will include criminal justice, health and human services, community resources, community services and support services. In addition, there will be talk about what the board of supervisors can do to enhance its governance to incorporate what has been learned, and also opportunities to leverage strengths.
The workshop will start this Thursday at 9:15am at the Old Oak Ranch Conference Center in Sonora at 15250 Old Oak Ranch Road. The following day, the workshop will begin at 8:45am at the same location. Both of the days are open to the public.
