Jamestown, CA — An inmate at the Sierra Conservation Center Baseline Camp, outside of Jamestown, walked away last night, and state prison officials are asking for help in locating the man.
34-year-old Daniel Perez was last seen in his dorm at 10:30pm Sunday during a routine security check. According to SCC Spokesperson Christopher Acosta, camp staff searched the inmate dormitory area, surrounding buildings and the camp perimeter after he was discovered missing.
