Update at 6:05pm: The lights are back on for most of the 1,300 PG&E customers that went without electricity this afternoon. PG&E reports that only three customers are still without power, and full restoration is still anticipated by 7:30pm.
Original story posted at 4:40pm: Tuolumne, CA — There was tree that went into a power line in the 18000 block of North Tuolumne Road and a small vegetation fire ignited nearby.
The positive news is that the fire was quickly contained, however, 1,320 PG&E customers are without electricity. PG&E reports that full restoration is anticipated by 7:30pm. The outage is impacting areas like Tuolumne Road North, Cedar Street, Pine Street, Cherokee Road, Yosemite Road, Apple Colony Road and stretching into areas like Monte Grande Heights and Soulsbyville Road.
