Sonora City Council Special Meeting

Sonora, CA — The City of Sonora is putting on its annual workshop this morning.

It is a chance for council members to discuss a variety of issues at length. This morning’s agenda includes talk about the 2017 mid-year budget, five year financial projections, city facilities, city council meeting times, strategic plan priorities, the mission statement, Sierra Nevada Partnership Energy Action Plan and the sphere of influence and annexation process. At the end of the meeting there will be special Brown Act training. The workshop, which is open to the public, gets underway at 9am at the City of Sonora Fire Station at 201 South Shepherd Street.
