Update: Traffic Alert Tuolumne County

Update at 2:20 p.m.: The CHP reports that the signal lights at the intersection of Highway 108 and S. Washington Street and Lime Kiln Road are working once again. The signal got struck on red around 1:45 p.m. A Caltrans crew was called to the scene and fix the lights, which were down for about 20 minutes.

Original post at 1:48 p.m.: Sonora, CA — The CHP is reporting that the signal lights at the intersection of Highway 108 and S. Washington Street and Lime Kiln Road is  not working.

The light is stuck on red creating confusion for motorists, according to the CHP.  Caltrans has been called to the scene to fix the lights. The CHP reports motorists should treat the light as a four-way stop sign until the signal is working again. There is no estimated time of repair for the light.
