Sonora, CA — The CHP reports that a vehicle has hit a horse on Highway 49 near the Fraguero Road intersection.
An ambulance is responding to assist the injured driver of the vehicle. Animal Control has also been requested to the scene. Travel with caution in the area and be prepared for activity. The crash was reported at 6:55am. Traffic is still getting through the area.
