Jamestown, CA — A CHP officer pulled over a pickup truck on Chicken Ranch Road for not having taillights, and later discovered the vehicle had recently been reported stolen out of Calaveras County.
The driver of the Toyota truck, 34-year-old Heather Sanchez of Copperopolis, and the passenger, 39-year-old Neil David Seeman of Altaville, were both detained and questioned. Sanchez was later arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property, and unlawful possession of prescription medication. Seeman was simply charged with possession of medication without a prescription. Both were booked into Tuolumne County Jail for the violations. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
