Some Caltrans road projects will impact traffic in the Mother Lode this week, July 20th to the 26nd.
On Highway 4 one-way traffic control from Bonanza Mine Way to Appaloosa Road for highway construction work beginning Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
On Highway 4 one-way traffic control from Apple Blossom Drive/Dam Road to Brice Station Road for drainage work beginning Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
On Highway 4 one-way traffic control at Lashkoff Place for utility work on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m.
On Highway 26 the long-term one-way traffic control from Gillhaven Drive to Rich Gulch Lane for highway construction work will continue.
On Highway 108 overnight one-way traffic control at Highway 49 for drainage work will begin Monday and continue through Friday from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
On Highway 108 overnight one-way traffic control between Cavalieri Road and Hidden Acres Road for maintenance work will begin Monday and continue through Friday from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
On Highway 108 moving, alternating lane closures between Via Este Road and Sonora Pass for a striping operation will begin Monday and continue through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
On Highway 49 one-way traffic control from Lombardi Drive to Corral Flat Road will allow for tree work on Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m
Road projects are subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction-related issues. Caltrans asks motorists to obey signage and flaggers while slowing down around crews and equipment in the cone zones.
