Update at 7:50 am: PG&E reports that the power outage impacting the Stent area has now been restored. 86 customers lost power at around 10 pm on Sunday after a car hit a power pole.
The company does report that 116 customers are now without power in the Twain Harte area. That outage should be restored by 4pm (Monday). PG&E says it is a planned maintenance outage. It is impacting customers along parts of Twain Harte Drive, Ponderosa Drive, Good Shepherd Drive, Cheryl Way, and other surrounding streets.
Original story posted at 6 am: Tuolumne County, CA — As a weather system passes through the region, there is a power outage impacting 86 PG&E customers in Tuolumne County.
The company reports that it was caused by a car that hit a power pole just after 10 o’clock on Sunday night. The company hopes to have the power restored by sometime this morning. Details surrounding the crash are not immediately available. The outage is located in the Stent area, southwest of Jamestown.
