SWAT Team Assists Drug Bust In West Point

West Point, CA — The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team helped serve a search warrant at a home on Main Street in West Point, and four people were arrested.

Deputies seized methamphetamine, marijuana, concentrated cannabis with lab materials and paraphernalia associated with drug sales. The Sheriff’s Office reports that two juveniles were also living in the home, but they were not present during the search.

33-year-old Rebecca Phillips of West Point was arrested for allegedly possessing methamphetamine for sale, operating a drug house, illegal possession of another’s prescribed medication, criminal conspiracy and child endangerment.

39-year-old Robert Rogers of Stockton was arrested for possession of meth, manufacturing a controlled substance, illegal possession of another’s prescribed medication and child endangerment.

53-year-old Robert Miller of West Point was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment.

52-year-old Richard Kessler of Wilseyville was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and having a warrant out of Amador County.
