Twain Harte, CA — Brentwood Lake in Twain Harte was temporarily closed for a period of time on Saturday afternoon.
There was a lot of law enforcement activity in the area starting during the one o’clock hour and the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office reports that it was due to a man who was experiencing a mental health crisis. No additional information was released, other than to note that the issue was safely resolved and the man was taken into custody.
Brentwood Lake reopened during the two o’clock hour. The lake is located at South Fork Road and Middle Camp Road. It is a private, members-only, area.
