Sonora, CA – While parking remains an issue in downtown Sonora, motorists will have one less lot to find a space, but don’t worry — it is not permanent.
Due to construction of a beer garden for the new Green Dog Beer Company, which is connected to the Bourbon Barrel bar and eatery located at 208 S. Green Street, the adjacent Coffill Parking Lot will be shut down for about two weeks. The lot sits on the north side of the building. Company officials have notified Clarke Broadcasting that a fence will be put up around the spaces to prevent drivers from parking in the lot. The closure is scheduled to run from Friday, Dec. 8th until Friday, Dec. 22.
Additionally, there will be a lot of construction equipment on Green Street with flaggers directing traffic.
