Long Barn, CA — The CHP reports that a vehicle has hit and killed a bear on Highway 108 near Long Barn Road.
Caltrans has been notified and is responding to the area to remove the deceased bear. It is on the southern side of the road. Travel with caution in the area and be prepared for activity.
