Sonora, CA — Many notable grants were given out over 2017 by the Sonora Area Foundation, and 2018 looks to be a busy year as well.
This weekend’s Mother Lode Views will feature the foundation’s executive director Darrell Slocum. He’ll talk about the history of the foundation, its role in the community, new scholarships established and upcoming forum’s planned next year.
Slocum stepped into the role of executive director late last year, following the retirement of Ed Wyllie.
