Update: Help Sought Finding Missing Tuolumne County Woman

Update at 2:35 p.m.: The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office has released new details regarding the search for 64-year-old Beth Watson, who was last seen yesterday (8/13) morning walking her white German Shepherd in the area of Lyon’s Lake. They report, “Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue (SAR), along with many mutual aid agencies, continue to search for Beth today in the area of Lyon’s Dam.”  Mutual aid agencies currently on scene include Contra Costa SAR, Santa Clara SAR, Marin SAR, Calaveras SAR, Amador SAR, Cal SAR, and Stanislaus County helicopters.
Sheriff’s officials add, “We are diligently working to find Ms. Watson and will update as new information arises.”

Original post written by BJ Hansen at 6 a.m.: Tuolumne County, CA — The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the community in locating 64-year-old Beth Watson.

She was last seen walking with her white German Shepherd in the area of Lyon’s Lake at 10:30 am on Tuesday, August 13.

She was wearing green capri pants, purple shoes, sunglasses, and an unknown color shirt.

She is described as being 5’2”, 150 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

Anyone who has seen Beth or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office at 209-533-5815.
