Sonora, CA — This weekend’s Mother Lode Views will feature District Five Tuolumne County Supervisor Jaron Brandon.
It is the second segment in a five-part series featuring the individual board members talking about issues facing their specific district, and the county as a whole. District Five covers Jamestown and Columbia.
Some of the topics will include a revitalization project getting underway in downtown Jamestown, potential uses for the old Armory building in Columbia, recent efforts to address homelessness around the Rawhide Road Bridge, and infrastructure needs that are hindering the development of new housing.
Brandon will also weigh in on challenges facing fire funding in the coming years, talk about some recent events regarding Columbia State Park, and he will give his take on the Measure Z sales tax measure.
Mother Lode Views airs Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:30 on AM 1450 and FM 102.7 KVML. Mother Lode Views can also be heard Sunday morning at 10 o’clock on 93.5 KKBN and at 9 a.m. on STAR 92.7.
