Update at 12:50 p.m.: PG&E reports that the power has been restored to all 769 customers in the Mokelumne Hill area of Calaveras County who lost power in the 10 o’clock hour this morning. No cause was given for the power outage by the company.
Original post at 11:30 a.m.: Mokelumne Hill, CA — PG&E reports that nearly 800 customers in the Mokelumne Hill area of Calaveras County lost power in the 10 o’clock hour this morning. The outage runs along Highways 49 and 26. In total, 769 customers’ lights are out. The company says, “There is an unplanned outage in your area. Our team is evaluating the electrical system to identify damaged sections and make necessary repairs in order to safely turn the power back on.”
The estimated restoration time given by the utility is 8:15 p.m.
