Several Bridge Improvements Bring Motorists Delays

Calaveras County, CA – Motorists will face longer delays as several bridge repairs begin next week in Calaveras County.

Calaveras County Public Works has hired T.P.A. Construction, Inc. out of Sacramento to conduct its Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program (BPMP). There will be traffic delays throughout the county, beginning Tuesday, November 12, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Travelers can expect up to 15-minute delays as lanes approaching the bridges will have flaggers and warning devices.

“Advance notification of maintenance activities will be provided to the local residences near the bridge through message boards and door hanger notifications,” advise County road officials. They provided these bridge locations:
