Sonora And Summerville Hoping To Advance To Division Championship Games

Tuolumne, CA — The high school football playoffs continue tonight for the Summerville Bears and Sonora High Wildcats.

The Bears are the top seed in the Sac Joaquin Division Seven bracket and will face the fifth-seeded Big Valley Christian at 7 pm at Thorsted Field. It will air live on 93.5 KKBN. The winner will advance to face either second-seeded Stone Ridge Christian or sixth-seeded Rio Visa on Saturday, November 30, at Saint Mary’s High School in Stockton.

The Wildcats are the third seed in the Division Six bracket and will travel to face Woodland Christian at 7 pm this evening. It will air on AM 1450 and FM 102.7 FM KVML. The winner will advance to play either the top-seeded Bradshaw Christian or the fourth-seeded Linden on Friday, November 29, at Sac City College.
