Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Community Resources Agency is alerting the public that there are some minor changes on the horizon for anyone stopping by to receive a building permit or to ask development related questions.
The Development and Permit Service Center is currently open from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, on the 4th floor of the Albert N. Francisco Building in downtown Sonora. Moving forward, the first and third Wednesdays of the month will have an altered 9am-4pm schedule. The extra hour will be used for staff development and to address issues related to operations and permitting functions. It includes Environmental Health, Planning, Building and Housing.
That said, Surveying, Engineering/Roads and Solid Waste services will still be open at 8am on those days, along with the Transportation Agency.
