Update: Officials Respond To House Fire In Groveland

Update at 10:50am: Firefighters have successfully knocked down the house fire in the 19000 block of Crocker Station Lane, and they are now mopping up, and looking around to ensure that none of the flames extended into other areas of the home. The cause of the fire is not immediately clear. Be prepared for activity in the area over the coming hours.

An ambulance is responding to assist the homeowner related to potential smoke inhalation.

Original story posted at 10:30am: Groveland, CA — Firefighters are arriving on the scene of a residential fire in the 19000 block of Crocker Station Lane in Groveland.

CAL Fire notes that the closest intersection is Digger Pine Street. The first responders could see flames coming from the upstairs area of the house. There was initially at least one person inside, but that individual reportedly was able to safely exit the home. Be prepared for activity in the area.
