The National Weather Service says some snow showers may linger through the day on Thursday in the Sierra Nevada and the Mother Lode’s foothills with little additional accumulation.
Clearing skies Thursday night will make for a chilly morning Friday.
Temperatures on Friday morning will range from the low 30’s in the central valley to the single digits in the high Sierra.
