Sonora, CA — Central Valley Independent Next (CVIN) is laying infrastructure for the broadband project in Tuolumne County and motorists may experience delays in Sonora on Tuesday. Crews will be paving on South Washington and Calaveras Street this afternoon. Vehicles traveling in those areas can expect five to ten minute delays.
The work is part of the CVIN broadband infrastructure installation. The 18-county CVIN project was funded by the federal stimulus package in 2009. It is designed to increase the broadband infrastructure of the region.
