Update at 7:50am: The CHP reports that Highway 49 is now clear and traffic is moving freely.
Original story posted at 7am: Coulterville, CA — Near the Bagby Recreation Area in Mariposa County there is a notable rockslide impacting traffic.
The CHP reports that the incident, which includes a large boulder in the road, is blocking the northbound traffic lane of Highway 49. Caltrans is responding to the scene to clear off the highway, so travel with caution in the meantime, and be prepared for a slight traffic delay this morning. The area is south of Coulterville.
