O’Byrnes Ferry Motorcycle Crash

A Manteca man was hurt in a Sunday motorcycle accident on O’Byrnes Ferry Road.

The CHP reports that it happened at 9:34am just south of the Cosmic Court intersection. Anthony Burgos of Manteca was riding a 2000 Honda CBR600 and failed to notice that a pickup truck was slowing down in front him in preparation of a turn. Burgos slid onto the ground and the bike came to a rest in the middle of the road. Burgos was taken by ambulance to Sonora Regional Medical Center. He suffered reported minor to moderate injuries.
