Sonora, CA — The T.U.D. Board will discuss water quality and a pipeline extending to the Chicken Ranch Casino.
At Tuesday’s meeting the Directors will vote whether to amend an agreement with Chicken Ranch Rancheria regarding the future construction of a water pipeline to serve the casino. An original agreement was approved on March 27th, and the Rancheria would now like to include the transfer of an on-site pipeline to serve a proposed Tribal Hall located behind the casino.
The Board will also hear a presentation about the release of the annual Water Quality Report that will soon be sent out to customers.
In addition, T.U.D. will decide whether to award a contract for the Big Hill-Columbia Water System Interconnection Project.
Tuesday’s meeting will begin at 2pm in the Board meeting room. T.U.D. meetings are streamed at http://www.tudwater.com/board-meetings/.
