DA Decision Coming January 17

Donald Segerstrom has submitted his formal resignation as Tuolumne County District Attorney. Segerstrom made the announcement at this morning’s Board of Supervisors meeting.

Last week Segerstrom was selected by Governor Jerry Brown to fill the Superior Court Judge seat held by the retiring Douglas Boyack. Segerstrom’s resignation is effective January 20th. The Board of Supervisors will vote at the January 17th meeting how to fill the DA’s position.
