Coulterville, CA — CAL Fire reports that a fire caused notable damage to the Greeley Hill Market in Mariposa County yesterday.
It ignited during the six o’clock hour in the morning, and CAL Fire/Mariposa County Fire Chief Steven Ward reports that it was primarily isolated to the rear of the building. He adds that the fire also damaged the store’s electrical infrastructure and compressors. In addition, an adjacent medical office, along with a mail service office, reported smoke and minor damage.
No one was injured in the incident and the cause is under investigation. Firefighters remained on scene until around 2:30pm on Sunday.
