Sunday Crash Near Soulsbyville

Soulsbyville, CA — Two people were injured in a crash on Highway 108 near Soulsbyville on Sunday afternoon.

The CHP reports that 18-year-old Jacob Parker of Sonora was driving eastbound on Highway 108 in a 2006 Ford Fusion and attempted to turn left onto North Sunshine. His vehicle was hit by a westbound Ford F150 driven by 29-year-old Kenneth Job of Sonora.

Parker’s vehicle overturned and came to a rest on its roof. An unidentified minor in Parker’s vehicle suffered major injuries and was flown to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. Parker had only minor injuries, and Job was not hurt.

The collision was reported at 12:08pm.
