Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne Utilities District Board of Directors last night approved a five year contract extension with General Manager Pete Kampa.
The vote was unanimous, 4-0. Kampa’s yearly salary will be reduced by $4,086, to an even $150K. He will also waive administrative leave benefits for two years, totaling $7,111 a year. Kampa’s yearly merit increase was also eliminated, as a cost cutting move.
In addition last night, Delbert Rotelli was voted Vice President of the Board of Directors following the resignation of Ralph Retherford.
