San Andreas, CA — A new President has been selected for Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Craig Marks will step into the role on May 21st. Marks brings 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to MTSJH. He most recently served as President and CEO of Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, Missouri. Prior to that, he was the President and CEO at the South Haven Community Hospital in Michigan.
“I’m thrilled that Craig is joining our team,” says Dr. William Griffin, Chief of Staff and Chair of the MTSJH Coorporate Board. “He brings great insight about working at community hospitals and the important contributions they make to the public’s health.”
MTSJH’s main campus is in San Andreas. The hospital operates five family medical centers, that provide care to the communities of Angels Camp, San Andreas, Valley Springs, Arnold and Copperopolis. MTSJH is part of Dignity Health, which is the fifth largest health system in the country. Marks replaces outgoing MTSJH President Feliciano Jiron.
