Sonora, CA — Thousands lined the streets of Sonora Saturday morning for the popular Mother Lode Roundup Parade.
2012 marks the 55th of the Roundup, which annually falls on Mother’s Day weekend. Parade goers were welcomed by beautiful sunny skies. Washington Street was blocked off for nearly two and a half hours.
The parade featured local businesses, organizations, dignitaries and numerous political candidates. For a list of other weekend Roundup activities, click here.
