Man Injured In Calaveras Accident

Copperopolis, CA — A Sonora man was hurt in a motorcycle accident yesterday afternoon.


The CHP reports that 73-year-old Jack Bodine was riding his 1996 Harley Davidson near the area of Rock Creek in Calaveras County, approximately four miles north of Highway 4.


Bodine lost control of the bike while going into a curve at approximately 35-40 mph. Bodine was taken to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto to treat minor to moderate injuries. The accident happened at 3:35pm.
