Groveland, CA — A Groveland man is behind bars for alleged child molestation.
38 year old, Brandon Varner, of Pine Mountain Lake, was arrested Tuesday for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14.
The victim is a 4 year old girl. Her mother told police she witnessed Varner inappropriately touching her daughter on Monday night. Varner does not live in the same home as the child.
Varner also had an outstanding warrant for DUI and marijuana possession.
