There will be a couple of notable road projects taking place in the region this week.
In Calaveras County, Caltrans reports that motorists can expect 15 minute delays on Highway 26 from Wimer Road to Savage Way. There will be one-way traffic control due to scheduled road maintenance. Workers will be on scene from Tuesday through Thursday, from 6:30am to 4pm. To view a map of the area, click here.
On Tuesday, a section of Highway 49 in Mariposa County will be closed for roadway excavation from 9am until 2pm. It will take place from Silva Road to Allred Road. In addition, from Wednesday until Friday, expect 15 minutes delays in that area from 6am until 6pm. To view a map of the area, click here.
