More Room For Sonora Regional Medical Center

Sonora, CA – Sonora Regional Medical Center Officials say they have purchased the old Andy’s Home Center property at 900 Mono Way in Sonora.

They say this will improve their healthcare services. They plan to move some support and ancillary services out of the acute-care hospital and develope a new medical pavilion that can house a cancer center, rehabilitation and medical offices.

Medical Center officials say this will free-up space and provide expanded acute care services to meet the demands of the community over the next 10 years.

They plan to demolish the existing building on the property, but no word on when they will do that.
