Mountain Thunderstorms Later This Week

According to the National Weather Service, there will be periods of thunderstorms in the Sierra Nevada through Wednesday of next week.

The foothills could also see a few thunderstorms through Thursday afternoon.

Any thunderstorms that develop will have the potential to produce locally heavy rain, gusty winds, hail and deadly lightning.
