Sonora, CA — You may have woken up to no power this morning if you live in the Sonora area. PG & E reports about 25 homes in the Sonora area are without power this morning. Those areas include parts of downtown Sonora, Soulsbyville, Willow Springs and Pondarosa Hills. PG & E has crews working on the problem. They have no word on what caused the outage at this time. PG & E says they hope to have electricty back on to the homes by around 11:30am. If not you can call the power outage line at 800-743-5002 to get an update.

Update 10:30: PG & E reporters the now hope to have power restored around 4pm.
