The following message is transmitted at the request of the California Highway Patrol:
A child abduction occurred on Friday, September 28 at 8:01am in Stanislaus County, CA.
The child’s name is Phillip Tumilty, a 9 year old white male. The second child’s name is Tiffany Tumilty, a 6 year old white female.
The suspect is Phillip Tumilty, a 37 year old white male.
Possibly driving a 2001 black Ford F 150 vehicle.
Ca license plate number 8 W 32929 – (Eight… W… Three… Two… Nine… Two… Nine).
