San Andreas, CA – A Calaveras County Sheriff’s SWAT team and investigators with the Calaveras Narcotics Enforcement Unit (CNEU) served a search warrant at a home on the 2100 block of Summit Level Road in Railroad Flat.
At the home they arrested 30 year old Carlos Nunez, 53 year old Janice Allen, and 29 year old Travis Duffina, all of Railroad Flat. The three were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
In the home, Sheriff’s officials found a firearm, nearly 40 pounds of processed marijuana and plants, one tenth of a gram of methamphetamine, and prescription medications.
Sheriff’s Officials say during the bust, two people ran out of the back of the home. They identified one of the suspects as 42 year old Robert “Daniel” Biegler of Railroad Flat. They say the other person was a juvenile male. Sheriff’s Officials say Biegler is wanted on charges of child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Sheriff’s Officials say if anyone knows Biegler’s whereabouts do not contact him, but immediately call the Calaveras Sheriff’s Office at 209-754-6500.
