Tuolumne County, CA – A Parolee wanted in Tuolumne County for death threats and two probation violations is now in custody. Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Deputies picked up Wallace Alexander Pool of Modesto and on December 5th transferred him to Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Department to face those charges.
Sgt. Jeff Wilson says, “Pool was wanted on a felony Terrorist Threat charge which is just a technical term for threatening to kill someone and two probation violations stemming from the first charge.”
The death threat charge stems from a fight in which Pool allegedly threatened to hit another man with a beer bottle and kill him.
