Washington, DC — Congressman Dan Lungren has been named the Chair of a Homeland Security Sub-Committee.
Lungren will lead the Sub-Committee for Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Protection and Security Technologies. “It is an honor to be named Chairman of any committee, especially one that deals with the security of our nation,” says Lungren. “Many people don’t fully grasp the idea of threats they can’t see or feel. Cyber attacks are very real and constantly changing.”
Lungren has also been appointed to serve on the Sub-Committee for Transportation Security. Lungren, a Republican, represents District 3.
