Jamestown, CA — Officers were directing traffic on Highway 108 in Jamestown this morning while officials carried out a search warrant at a home.
The activity was noticed by numerous commuters on Highway 108 during the eight o’clock hour. Sgt. Jeff Wilson with the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office says there was a report that stolen property may be in the residence at 17410 Highway 108. Officers from the CHP, Oakdale PD, and Sheriff’s Office were all on scene to assist. The SWAT Team was on standby as a precaution, but the officers were let inside without incident.
It is not immediately known if any stolen property was located at the home.
