The Groveland area has 1,400 customers without power, Sonora (Phoenix Lake and Cedar Ridge included) has 7,000, Twain Harte has 2,300, Soulsbyville has 800 and Tuolumne has 800.
The Arnold region has been hit hard, and has around 7,100 customers without electricity, Murphys has 1,200 and West Point has 1,300.
