Power Outages Remain

Sonora, CA — PG&E crews will be out working again today to restore power across the Mother Lode.

PG&E had hoped to have most everyone in the region restored by Sunday night, but there are still around 5,000 customers without power in Tuolumne County and 2,000 in Calaveras County. The East Sonora (Phoenix Lake and Cedar Ridge) area remains the hardest hit, with 2,200 customers without power. In Calaveras County, Arnold only has around 165 customers still without electricity. Full restoration is now expected by late this evening. Some customers in the more isolated areas could be without power into Tuesday.
