Murphys, CA– Hundreds of people attended the 2nd Annual Spring Health Fair in Murphys Saturday.
The healthful event presented by Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital was held at Ironstone Vineyards. Several health screenings were offered as well as vaccinations, senior services and even more health information booths than the first year.
Many also participated in the 5K Fun Run/Walk that raised funds for the Lupus Foundation of America.
