Sonora, CA — A former worker at Columbia Elementary School who was arrested last week on criminal charges, was arraigned today.
According to the Tuolumne County District Attorney’s office, 23-year-old Brennan Pendley plead not guilty to three felony charges including having unlawful sex with a minor.
Pendley was also taken into custody last November over accusations that he sent illicit photos of himself to a student while he was an employee at Columbia Elementary. Sgt. Wilson of the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office confirms that it is the same victim and related to the earlier arrest.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 27th.
