Columbia, CA — Utility work is planned for Highway 49 south of Parrotts Ferry Road.
The Tuolumne Utilities District will be replacing a sewer main near Columbia Way. On Tuesday and Wednesday, there will be no access to the northerly intersection of Columbia Way while crews work along the shoulder of Highway 49. Access to Columbia Way will still be available from the southerly intersection.
The following week, Monday through Wednesday (June 6-8), the northbound lane of Highway 49 will be closed between Parrotts Ferry Road and Columbia Way. Flaggers will be directing traffic. Delays should be expected.
