Sonora, CA– A Tuolumne County Science camp for 3rd through 8th grade students will be held at Columbia College this August. Themed “Mad About Science,” the camp will take place in the Sequoia and Toyon Buidlings August 1st through August 5th from 8:00 am until noon.
The camp is sponsored by Front Porch Inc. and is the third collaboration with Columbia College and the Tuolumne County Office of Education.
Columbia College Professor Dr. Jeff Tolhurst will be joined by five county teachers to conduct instruction at the camp.
125 students have signed up for this environmentally-focused activity.
